QUESTION - What size are the Christmas Cards and what material are they printed on?

ANSWER - The cards are available in various sizes and available in landscape or portrait. The weight is 300gsm and has silk finish. All orders come with FREE envelopes and FREE delivery and 10% OFF - check out our prices.

QUESTION - How can I see what the printed Christmas Cards look like before I order?

ANSWER - You can request a sample pack. The examples despatched are randomly selected and the designs cannot be specified.

QUESTION - From the time of ordering, how long will it take for my Festive Cards to arrive?

ANSWER - During the week (Mon-Fri), orders received before 4pm are despatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm, including overnight orders are processed for despatch the following day. Orders received Sat-Sun are processed on the Monday for same day despatch. Please note all postage is free of charge and included in the prices shown. It is possible that some deliveries may require a signature.

QUESTION - How do I order more Christmas Cards?

ANSWER - You can log-in to your home page and either amend or order more of the same. Don't forget though as a returning customer you should use your promo code to receive 15% discount.

QUESTION - Where are my Christmas Cards?

ANSWER - You can track your order for up-to-date status confirmation. If three working days have passed since you placed your order and the Christmas Cards have still not arrived, please contact us.

QUESTION - What is the P.T.A. scheme and how could I benefit from it?

ANSWER - The P.T.A. scheme is designed to give a little something back to your local school or organisation. If your school is registered, it will have a unique discount code that if entered into the basket section when you place an order, will entitle you to 15% off as opposed to the standard 10%.
Festive Card Shop will then donate 10% of your order to your selected school. So the more people who use the discount code the bigger the cash reward for the school.

QUESTION - I cannot find any designs that I am happy with, can you design the Christmas Cards for me?
